Why it matters

Repeatable work should not depend on memory.

ARKON Systems uses reasonable safeguards and a risk-based approach, while clients retain responsibility for their own systems, permissions, data decisions, and business rules.

Security approach

ARKON Systems uses a risk-based security approach intended to protect website and service information through reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. Controls depend on the service scope, data involved, client systems, and integration design.

Website safeguards

HTTPS encryption for website traffic. Restricted administrative and deployment access. Input validation, spam controls, and request-size limits on public forms. Security logging and provider monitoring where available. Use of established hosting and email-delivery providers. Consent-based control of nonessential analytics and advertising technologies.

Data minimization and access

ARKON Systems aims to collect only information reasonably needed for a request or service. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need the information for an authorized purpose. Clients remain responsible for deciding what data ARKON may access, configuring permissions, maintaining their own systems and accounts, and defining business rules and escalation paths.

Third-party infrastructure

ARKON Systems may use third-party hosting, email, analytics, communications, and integration providers. Those providers maintain their own security programs and contractual terms. No third-party service can be guaranteed continuously available or completely secure.

Incidents and vulnerability reports

Potential security issues should be reported privately to privacy@arkonsysai.com with enough detail to investigate. Do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before ARKON Systems has a reasonable opportunity to review it. ARKON Systems will assess credible reports and take reasonable steps based on severity, scope, technical feasibility, contractual duties, and applicable law.

No unsupported certification claims

This page describes general practices and is not a representation that every ARKON service is certified under a particular framework or compliant with every industry regulation. Specific security, privacy, retention, and compliance requirements must be documented during discovery and in the applicable written agreement.
